Therefore, instead of signing up as a PMI R.E.P., we have signed a special license agreement with PMI and obtained their explicit written permission to develop this unique offering. We are duly authorized to issue a course completion certificate under Category E.
- PMI R.E.P. is for those training providers that provide instructor-led courses (classroom or online). Our program is a self-learning toolkit and not an instructor-led course.
- PMI R.E.P. program doesn't allow us to reproduce the contents of the PMBOK® Guide to the extent required by our ITTO Explorer tool.

No, we don't issue a contact hours certificate. Rather, we issue a course completion certificate that you can use to 'claim' contact hours for your PMP® or CAPM® exam application. Practically speaking, both certificates serve the same purpose.
Contact hours certificate can only be issued by a PMI R.E.P. We cannot issue a contact hours certificate as we are "not" a PMI R.E.P. However, we are authorized to issue a course completion certificate, which lists the course completion date and duration in hours. You can use our course completion certificate to meet the PM education requirements of your PMP® or CAPM® certification application (explained later on this page).
Absolutely. As mentioned above, we are a PMI-licensed distance-learning company, and authorized to issue a course completion certificate.
We offer a course completion certificate with our PMP Premium Pro, and CAPM Premium Pro packages.
You can claim up to 1 contact hour for each hour of the course duration listed on your certificate.
- For PMP Premium Pro course, you can claim up to 36 contact hours.
- For CAPM Premium Pro Premium Pro course, you can claim up to 28 contact hours.
You earn contact hours by passing our exams. The following tables illustrate the details.

Yes, you can take our exams as many times as you want within your subscription period.
No, as per PMI's guidelines, you can only claim hours for passing the exams.
For Premium Pro packages, you can print your certificate instantly from the Account section of the application. The button to print the certificate is enabled automatically after you've earned the minimum number of contact hours required for your course (35 for PMP®, and 23 for CAPM®).
There's no time limit as such. You can print your certificate as soon as you've earned the minimum number of hours required for your course (35 for PMP®, and 23 for CAPM®).
When you submit your application to PMI, you have to "declare" that you have earned the requisite number of contact hours. You do "not" need to submit the course completion certificate to PMI at the time of submitting your application. On the PMP® or CAPM® online application form's Requirements > PM Education section, you have to provide the following details:

You do "not" need to submit the course completion certificate to PMI at the time of submitting your application. However, if your application is audited, you will be required to send a copy of the certificate to PMI as part of your audit package.
Contact Hours are training hours earned "before" getting certified, whereas PDU's are training hours earned "after" getting certified.
No, BrainBOK is an exam prep program. You can use our program to claim Contact Hours for PMP® or CAPM® certification, but you cannot use our program to claim PDU's for maintaining the certification.
