Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your BrainBOK subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How Refunds Work

• Submit your refund request through our Contact Us page.
• If you have not used any paid resources, you will generally receive a full refund.
• If you have used some paid resources, you may receive a partial refund based on what you used.
• For example, completing a paid exam or downloading the PM Formula Study Guide may reduce your refund amount.

Including the reason for your refund request is helpful, but not required.

Fair Use

We want this policy to be simple and fair. We may deny refund requests that are submitted after 7 days, or requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or intended to misuse the policy.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.

If we decide to change our refund policy, we will post those changes on this page, and update the modification date below.
