Including the reason for your refund request is helpful, but not required.
We want this policy to be simple and fair. We may deny refund requests that are submitted after 7 days, or requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or intended to misuse the policy.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.
